Steamboat Ski Resort Announces Terrain Park Upgrades for 2010-2011 Season

For all you jibbers who love a great terrain park, get to Steamboat this winter and play on all new terrain park facilities! Steamboat Ski Resort recently announced that they have allocated significant funding to be used towards upgrading the terrain park facilities around the mountain for the 2010-11 ski season.

According to Steamboat Terrain Park Manager Nick Roma, the terrain park crew will use the money to "replace and refurbish all the rails and boxes here at Steamboat." Roma added, "It will make a big difference in our park variety."

Currently Steamboat Ski Resort hosts 6 terrain parks spread across the mountain. Test out your skills in Bashor, Lil Rodeo Terrain Park, Maverick’s The Superpipe, Rough Rider, Rabbit Ears, and Sunbeam. See a full map of the ski area.
