A free riverboard surf competition is at noon at Charlie’s Hole behind Bud Werner Memorial Library. The raft race is at noon at River Creek Park and costs $10 per person. The crazy river dog competition is at 1 p.m. at the D-Hole (adjacent to the Depot Art Center, 1001 13th St.) and costs $15. The tube rodeo is at 2 p.m., and the kayak rodeo is at 3 p.m. at Charlie’s Hole; they cost $10 and $15. Events are free to watch.
