• Truffle Pig is Steamboat's newest dining establishment located on the mountain at One Steamboat Place. This week Truffle Pig offers a $20 3-course dinner menu featuring delectable Vietnamese specialties such as crispy pork belly, green papaya salad, pho noodle soup, braised short-ribs, and lemongrass panna cotta. • Cottonwood Grill on the Yampa River in downtown Steamboat is offering a 3-course gourmet menu for $22.
