An Evening with Thomas D. Mangelsen “Images of Nature”, 6 to 9 p.m. Free.

Sunday, Feb. 14th Valentine’s Day Valentine’s Day
Torchlight Parade and Fireworks Steamboat Ski Area, 7 p.m. Free
A fireworks display tops off an on-mountain parade of lights. Recommended viewing is from Gondola Square, but fireworks generally are visible from town.

Ghetdown Network Valentine’s Day Dance Party Ghost Ranch Saloon, 9 p.m. Five DJs from San Francisco, Denver and Steamboat spin for this Valentine’s Day dance party. Call 879-9898 .56 Seventh St.

Tuesday, Feb. 16th Fat Tuesday
Fat Tuesday dance party, The Tap House 10 p.m. Free
DJs Also Starring, Pretty Ninja and Ricky Prime provide music for a Mardi Gras party. 729 Lincoln Ave.

The Infamous Stringdusters , Ghost Ranch Saloon, 9 p.m. $12 tickets in advance $15 day.
A band of six bluegrass-fed pickers from New York, Colorado and points between, The Infamous Stringdusters have spent the past three years moving away from their newgrass roots to create a sound that’s as much jazz, rock, blues or any other American music as it is bluegrass.
