  • Café Diva: During the Spring months, Steamboat Springs favorite fine dining restaurant, Café Diva, offers Date Night on Sundays.This special kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with appetizer, dinner and dessert for a flat fee of $27.95 per person. Located the Torian Plum, Cafe Diva combines an intimate, formal atmosphere with eclectic dining to provide Steamboat's premier dining experience. Their display wine cellar features over 300 wines to compliment the supreme meals. Chef Kate Van Rensselaer prepares a new menu each season focusing on the freshest market ingredients.
