So where to begin with the All Arts Festival? Each day is packed with events like the highly recommended Yampa River Art Stroll beginning at 10am Friday- Sunday. All Arts Festival has Workshops Galore!Learn how to belly dance, watercolor paint, photography lessons, how to publish a book, learn art appreciation, try out those two-steppin feet, and more. The Rhythm Devils: Steamboat Free Concerts Howelsen Hill Amphitheater, 5 p.m. Free In the second installment of the Steamboat Free Summer Concert Series, Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart take to the stage with an armory of percussion instruments and the support of a full band. LIFT-UP of Routt County will collect nonperishable food items and donations. Howelsen Parkway and Fifth Street.
Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo Series: Brent Romick Rodeo Arena, 7:30 p.m. Cowboys and cowgirls compete at classic rodeo events. Barbecue will be sold starting at 6 p.m., and pre-rodeo entertainment runs from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the gate for adults and $8 for children ages 7 to 15. Children 6 and younger are free. at Howelsen Parkway and Fifth Street.
String Board Theory: Ghost Ranch Saloon, 9 p.m. Free! Local three-piece “groove-infused funk dance rock” band String Board Theory returns to Steamboat Springs armed with an intricate light show and fresh jams. Call 970-879-9898. 56 Seventh St.

“Colonisation, A Gentleman’s Guide”: Spring Creek Park, 6 p.m. Free. An original play, devised through a collaborative effort of the Piknik Theatre Festival players, will be performed in an outdoor setting. The first round of confirmed acts for the 2010 Free Summer Concerts have been announced- and it will make the boat rock again! There is nothing like a perfect summer afternoon with your buddies on your way to a free concert!
Steamboat will see the Easy Star All Stars on July 30th, the JJ Grey and MOFROon Aug. 13th and the Emmitt-Nershi Band on Aug. 20th. Two more acts will be announced later in the summer. The Steamboat Free Music Concert Series is a non-profit and needs your help to keep the free flowing tunes alive Steamboat. Go to their website and see how you can help!
The Easy Star All Stars are known for combining musical versatility, instrumental prowess, beautiful vocal harmonies and a superb rhythm section! The Easy Star All Stars have established themselves as one of the top international reggae acts since their live debut in 2003.
JJ Grey and MOFRO are a seven-piece blues, Southern rock and funk band from Jacksonville, Fla. From raw funk to deep soul, blues and rock, JJ and his band Mofro deliver devastating live and recorded performances.
Emmitt-Nershi Band have years of collective experience under their belts, Drew Emmitt and Bill Nershi exemplify the forward-thinking modern bluegrass musician. As linchpins of two legendary jam-bands –Drew with Leftover Salmon, Bill with the String Cheese Incident–both men have done some serious stadium-filling shows!

April 3 & 4 is the second last weekend of the Steamboat ski season and there is plenty of activity around the resort. For one, there's the second last concert for the Bud Light Rocks the boat FREE Concert Series. Join fellow ski bums and Ryan Shaw at the base of the ski resort @ 3pm.
